- 15 shots – form shooting – 5 feet away from basket
- Make 5 free throws – record the number it takes to make 5
- Make 20 shots – catch, square up, shoot, record number taken to make 20
- Make 10 free throws – record the number it takes to make 10
- Shot fake, 1 dribble – make 20 shots, record number taken to make 20
- Make 10 free throws – record the number it takes to make 10
- Fake left, go right 1 dribble – make 20 shots, record number taken to make 20
- Make 10 free throws – record the number it takes to make 10
- Fake right, go left 1 dribble – make 20 shots, record number taken to make 20
- Make 10 free throws – record the number it takes to make 10
- 1 on 1 move, pull up jump shot – make 20 shots, record number taken to make 20
- Make 10 free throws – record the number it takes to make 10
- 1 on 1 move, layup – make 20 shots, record number taken to make 20
