Infohoops Verdict
Based on my experience, the Curry HOVR Splash is a unique shoe for gym goers and players with wide feet. It is an exciting shoe for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, it is designed to provide excellent support and comfort for your foot during physical activities, making it an ideal shoe for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
The shoe’s midsole is made of UA HOVR™ foam, providing a responsive and comfortable ride while absorbing impact. The shoe also features an internal heel counter that provides extra support and stability to your foot, allowing you to move confidently during your workout or outdoor activity.
It functions perfectly well on each type of court due to its traction, and the cushion does well. The mesh fabric on the upper side makes it breathable, and the well-anchored lacing system also helps secure the feet. The only downside about it is the traction – it attracts dust.
Other Experts Say?
The traction of the shoe is good but squeaky. The cushion setup is responsive and offers good compression. The material quality is nice but a little cheaper than 305. The tongue-padding feels nice and cozy. Overall, the looks of the shoe areaesthetic but they are neither so good nor hideous. Not to mention, this pair is lighter in weight.
Overall, the support in Curry Hover shoes is good. Everything else about the shoe is pretty solid except for the traction, because it attracts dust quickly, and that’s the only downside about it.
The Under Armour Curry HOVR Splash may be Steph Curry’s budget model, but it does perform decently. Maybe that’s why Seth has worn this a few times.

Detailed Review About Unisex Curry HOVR™ Splash
The Under Armour Curry HOVR Splash is a budget-friendly model and is best for people with flat and wide feet. It caters to their needs significantly.
As per my experience, the shoe’s traction performs well and has a wavy pattern that functions perfectly on the inner and outer courts. Since its outer sole has a thick rubber-like structure, it also performs efficiently on the outer courts. However, it attracts dust that can cause you to slip.
The cushioning contains Energy Web mesh fabric that offers excellent stability and compression. The cushion feels like a Cushlon foam and has a low top that results in minimal bounce back.
The shoe makes material comprises textile mesh and heat-welded plastic rands for maximum durability. The shoe fits true to size, but its square toe shapes can cause toe jams. However, the support is good and offers stability due to its proper cushioning.
On the other hand, the heel isn’t very durable, is flimsy, and can lead to durability issues. Overall, the shoe is excellent for people with flat and broad feet.
The cushioning is fantastic, and the make materials are budget-friendly yet durable and super comfortable. The shoe support is good, but the only factor that can affect its durability is the heel counter. Lastly, it performs well both indoors and outdoors.

The shoe features black and peach-orange color and can turn heads on and off the court while you play. The traction design is excellent too. You’ll love its aesthetics once you get your hands on it.

Traction
One of the best things about these is that they have fantastic traction. The traction of these shoes is similar to that of their previous version, which is 305. The pattern you will see on it is precisely as its last version.
It’s like having a bone structure with thin and thick layers. In addition, the traction is quite squeaky. However, I like traction’s voice when it hits the wooden floor. That said, these shoes are durable on the inner courts due to the traction pattern, but I’m not sure about the outer court experience.
Since the traction pattern is intricate, dust can accumulate inside it. Other than that, I love the black speckles on the shoe’s outer sole. So, the traction of these shoes could be better, but it’s fine.

Cushion
As far as cushioning is concerned, it’s pretty exposed. The cushioning on the heel feels soft and is better on the forefoot. As usual, they have used ortho-lite cushioning in the shoes. I felt comfortable while running in these shoes.
That said, it feels very similar to 305, but the hover is much softer and has a little bit more compression. More so, they have used an ortho-lite insole, and underneath the insole, it’s a little stiff; I hope with time, it gets better.
The stepping comfort feels lovely, and the court feels good as you’re low to the ground. All-in-all, I like the cushioning setup; it’s very responsive.
